Handling of personal data

Vital Future Group handles your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provided them to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data that we handle:

  • Name
  • E-mail address

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we handle

Our website and/or service does not intend to gather data about website visitors who are younger than 16, unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, it is not possible to check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being gathered without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have gathered personal data about a minor without permission, please contact us via welcome@vitalfuturegroup.com, and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on what basis we handle personal data

Vital Future Group handles your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to reach you if this is necessary in order to carry out our services.

Automated decision-making

Vital Future Group does not make decisions based on the automated handling of data with respect to issues that can have (significant) personal consequences. This concerns decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without the mediation of a person (for example, an employee of Vital Future Group).

How long personal data are stored

Vital Future Group does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is gathered.

The sharing of personal data with third parties

Vital Future Group provides data solely to third parties and only if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or in order to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies, or comparable technology that we use

Vital Future Group does not use cookies or comparable technologies.

Viewing, adjusting or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or to delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data handling or to object to the handling of your data by Vital Future Group and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to us or to another organization indicated by you. You can submit a request for access to, correction of, deletion of, the transfer of your personal data, or a request withdrawing your consent or making clear your objection to the handling of your personal data to welcome@vitalfuturegroup.com.  To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. The copy of your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with the numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and social security number (BSN) should be blacked out. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.  Vital Future Group would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can do this via the following link: https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/nl/contact-met-de-autoriteit-persoonsgegevens/tip-ons
